How fast do you ship an item once the order is placed?

Once the item is ordered and payment verified, it is readied for shipping. The process from order placement to shipment is usually 24 to 48 hours. Shipment is through US postal priority mail if shipped inside the United States. Shipment to another country will usually take 2 weeks. If the shipment has a tracking number, you will receive an e-mail with that tracking number when the order is shipped. If an unexpected delay occurs or we are out of stock for any of the items you order, you will be notified.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we do ship outside of the continental United States. Extra shipping charges will apply in most of these cases and will have to be evaluated on a case by case basis. We will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote if you contact us here.

How can I exchange/return an item?

Eterno Beads is proud to offer some of the best jewelry provided on the web! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. We provide returns or exchanges within 10 days of your receipt of the order. The items(s) must be in original quality and the jewelry must not have been worn.

Does Eterno accept payment through mail?

Our current web page setup will accept payments through Paypal and credit card. We understand that you may not wish to use a credit card over the internet or set up a Paypal account. If you would prefer to pay through check or money order please contact us at so that we can give you information about how to do this and keep you updated on the status of your order. Please note that this will greatly increase order processing time as we make sure checks clear before shipping items.

Can I sell Eterno Beads jewelry in my store or on my website?

You must obtain explicit permission for reselling our products. Please contact us if you wish to find out more reselling Eterno Beads jewelry.

What if my beads have imperfections or anomalies?

Due to the nature of natural gemstones, some beads may appear to have slight imperfections or anomalies. While we take care to screen beads for defects, we believe the occasional anomaly gives the beads an authentic appearance. If, however, you are unhappy with your beads, we will gladly allow you to return or exchange them. Please see our Return/Exchange policy stated above.
